CHANGE OF MIND / WRONG SIZE

we offer an option of exchange or store credit for all items, as long as they are processed within 30 days of receiving your order and they are in their original condition. this means items must be unworn, in their original packaging with all tags and labels still attached.  

return shipping is payable by the customer. we recommend using a pre-paid traceable method, as arki takes no responsibility for missing parcels without proof of delivery.

arki reserves the right to deny an exchange if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of excessive hair, perfume or scents on the fabric. you will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund, and it will be returned to you. arki is not liable for the costs of returning the items to you.

to initiate a return please email hello@arkiapparel.com.au with your order number and reason for return, a member of our team will then be in contact with the next steps to lodge your return.

please note there are no exchanges or store credits for final sale / clearance items.

 

FAULTY / WRONG ITEM

if you have received an item which you believe is faulty or the incorrect item, please contact our support team at hello@arkiapparel.com.au for further assistance.

items are only eligible for a refund or replacement if the incorrect product has been received, there is a manufacturing fault, or the item has been damaged during shipping.  

please note that damage caused by neglect, misuse or not following care instructions is not considered a manufacturing fault.
